Joan Moats has a diverse background in Real Estate spanning two decades in Summit County, Colorado. From selling luxury homes and Ski-in/Ski-out condos, to raw land, hotels, businesses, and even Breckenridge’s most famous gold mine, Joan gets results.

Born and raised in Iowa, a sense of community and doing what is right was fostered at a young age. Joan moved to Summit County over 40 years ago, has two wonderful children, and has grown deep local roots. When she’s not selling Real Estate, Joan enjoys cycling, hiking with her dog Asha, sailing warm waters, and enjoying yoga in nature.
