Best realtor in Fairfield county! Joan is professional, but warm, friendly and very caring. She can help you with any unusual circumstance in reference to buying a home, short sales, selling, etc. Joan has a lot of contacts and knows exactly who to call when resources are needed to get things done in a timely fashion.
We have used her to sell a home and to buy a home. She is my go to and I would not consider using another realtor.

Joan was our realtor when we both bought and sold our house and she was the hardest working realtor we have ever had! We relocate frequently for work and have bought and sold 5 houses in 6 years, so we've worked with many realtors and can tell you how wonderfully different Joan is compared to other realtors we have had. Joan worked so hard for us, was extremely organized and was also just a sincerely kind and enjoyable person. She went above and beyond to help our daughters feel included in the process and was wonderful to our family.
