Joan Solomont

Joan Solomont has been a successful real estate professional in the Boston area since 1990. A licensed Realtor and Broker, she joined the Coldwell Banker team in 2011 after a stint at a small independent real estate office.

As a resident of Brookline for over thirty-five years, Joan draws on vast personal experience and in-depth professional knowledge when it comes to everything the town and the surrounding area has to offer. A multi-million-dollar producer, her expertise is an asset to both sellers and buyers.

Joan’s enthusiasm and civic involvement extends to the community, where she has immersed herself in educational endeavors. She served as a fundraiser for her daughters’ schools, the Maimonides School and Beaver Country Day School, as well as the Combined Jewish Philanthropies. She currently serves on the executive board of The Young Israel of Brookline.

Joan holds a master’s degree from Columbia University and was an educator before building a career in real estate. Joan is a member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board and the Massachusetts Association of Realtors. She looks forward to helping you make your next move!
