Joan Tranter

Born and raised in Palm Beach County. Move to Wellington in 1985. I have had my real estate license since 1993. I specialized in Equestrian Properties, Luxury Homes, Golf/Tennis Communities and Investment Properties. After seeing all the growth in Wellington and West Palm Beach, I started my own my own property management company. I later added a Real Estate division, which is my sole focus today. I LOVE what I do and LOVE where I live. I pride myself with Honesty and Integrity. Customer service is my highest priority. I enjoy people and strive for a "WIN WIN" experience for all. Professionally, I 'm a member of NAR, FAR, RAPB, MLS and also have my ABR and CLHMS Luxury designation. I love having the Equestrian world in my backyard. There is something going on here all the time between Equestrian, Golf Tennis and Family events. My hobbies include Golf, tennis, horseback riding, boating and spending time with my family.
