As an Arizona REALTOR in the greater metro Phoenix/Scottsdale/Sun Cities area since 1978, I have watched the area grow from almost a million people to well over 6 million people! I came to Arizona to escape the cold and snow of the Northeast and was fortunate to have a REALTOR who specialized in “people” services. We have bought and sold many homes with Joani over the past eight years-and couldn't be happier. Joani has a keen sense of what her clients are REALLY looking for and tailors her showings to meet ONLY their needs. The amount of research she does before going out on appointments is staggering-Joani knows-before getting into the car-if the home is on a busy street, if power lines are visible, if there is a shopping center bordering the backyard. She knows the comps for the area and what the home should cost vis-a-vis the other homes in the area thus, enabling her clients to get the best deal. Whether a buyer or a seller-Joani is THE realtor to contact. Thank you, Joani, for all your efforts!
