If you’re looking for a new home, or want to sell a home, Joann is THE BEST realtor in metro Detroit. Based in Monroe, she’s been our realtor through 3 moves in 3 years! She found our first home in New Boston during Covid as we moved from Georgia. Then we downsized due to family loss into a condo in Trenton with river views. Our neighbors drove us to sell that after only 10 months. Joann handled the sale (4 days later) and found us the perfect house in Monroe. A custom built home only 7 years old. The multiple offers made clinching the deal challenging. Only Joann’s expertise and experience, along with her mortgage broker, sealed the deal for us. She is so knowledgeable she teaches classes to new realtors and will always protect her clients from any potential harm or conflicts. I recently heard an advertisement that started by asking, “Are you working with a top real estate agent?” My first thought was, “Actually, I’m working with THE top real estate agent.” I have had the distinct pleasure of working with JoAnn, not once, but twice! In 2013 I was looking for a house and JoAnn found me the perfect house. She made my home buying experience worry free. When it came time to sell that house in 2023, I didn’t think twice. I knew who to call. I called JoAnn and I was so glad I did.

It is easy to see that JoAnn goes above and beyond to stay on top of, not just the market, but on top of the entire real estate business. As both a buyer and a seller, I could see that I was working with a true professional who cares about her clients and knows how to make their real estate experience as trouble free as possible. When we made the decision to move back to Michigan from Tennessee we wanted to find a realtor that knew the area and could help with construction questions for a new home. We contacted JoAnn Heller to get some ideas and talk about a development she represented in the Monroe area. We soon learned that the help we were looking for was going to be good. Our questions were answered quickly and in detail. Because of that we ended up buying a lot and are now on our way to building a new home. Since we were still not in Michigan Joann kept us informed on all the details for closing before we moved. She took care of the coordination between two closings so when we finally moved everything was in order for us when we arrived back in Michigan. She set up two meetings with the builder so we could outline all the necessary details to begin construction. Her knowledge of building and ideas for construction are spot on , something you need when considering to build. With construction about to begin JoAnn still works with us to be sure the coordination between us and the builder stays on track. We would definitely recommend JoAnn for any of your real estate needs. You will get taken care of.
