In the present reality of the Southern Monmouth County real estate landscape, where there seemingly exists a 5:1, perhaps 6:1 ratio of realtors for every available house for sale, Joanne is the "anti realtor" real estate professional.

She sold our investment condo in Wall in December 2020, expertly handling multiple Covid induced offers from North Jersey denizens fleeing to "da Joisey Shawr".

Recently Joanne found our son his first post collegiate apartment, after investing her time since March 2022 endeavoring to locate his first home purchase; mortgage rate rises put a purchase on hold & this 2BR bachelor pad is new construction, pristine & for the Jersey Shore area, reasonable in rent. When mortgage rates eventually decline, perhaps within 2023, he will retain Joanne as his realtor.

When we sell several other investment properties, we will again call upon Joanne's expertise.

Why is Joanne the anti realtor?
