Residential real estate is a natural fit for Joanna. She is familiar with the real estate market in a unique way. Her mother, Bonnie, was an active realtor for 38 years. Continuing in the family tradition, Joanna is now in her twenty-third year of selling homes in the community.
Joanna grew up on the Piedmont side of Montclair and attended Montclair Elementary, Montera Junior High, and The College Preparatory School. Joanna spent her first two years of college as an English major at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada. She then transferred into the film and television department at UCLA. Joanna graduated with honors in 1991 from UCLA.
She enjoys negotiating as well as helping her clients through the transaction process. She has helped much-satisfied clientele purchase and sell homes. Joanna has a keen sense of the various subtleties of the neighborhoods in the marketplace.
