Joanna Lange is part of the Prince William County-based Lange Realty Group, serving you with over five years of real estate experience in Northern Virginia. Joanna knows that every home is different, even within one neighborhood, and pricing a home isn’t a cookie cutter process. She looks at the unique features of a home and explores the updates and character that each seller has built into their home.

It’s no surprise that Joanna is currently studying for her license as a real estate broker. She loves learning and leading. Before diving into real estate, Joanna spent over 20 years in education, both in the classroom and out. This is why she treats each client as a student, and not a sale to be made. She knows a huge part of her job is to make sure her buyers and sellers learn what to expect during a transaction, understand options as they make decisions, and feel confident in what can be an overwhelming process.

Joanna’s main priority is family, her home family and also her work family. She enjoys working with her team at Samson Properties and believes that a strong network brings even more expertise and skill to her clients. She also values her two “assistants” at home, who help her with marketing and home staging, as well as with the dishes!
