Joanne Dungca has been a Texas native for 15 years. She has been a licensed agent since 2009. At the commencement of her career in the real estate industry she worked in new home/new construction sales. She made the decision to become a licensed real estate agent to be able to help buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords in both new construction, existing homes, foreclosures, and distressed homes (pre-foreclosures/short sales). Joanne has been a multi-million dollar producer, belongs to the Houston Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, is an Accredited Buyer's Representative, and is also a Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer.
