As a satisfied client of Joanne’s I can share that she adapted quickly to changes, cared for my well-being by treating me like family - not just a transaction and made me a priority by understanding my buying and selling needs. She was available throughout a day and odd hours in the evening and night which was extremely important during the market I sold and purchased. She presented multiple offers to me via a spreadsheet so it was easy to review and compare and also gave me her recommendation based on my situation of needing occupancy after closing to find my next home. She was talented with her recommendation to make my offer stand out from the competition. She attended everything that pertained to my home buying process. She even provided recommendations for inspectors, title company, electricians etc. I was able to close on a home within 3 weeks once my offer was accepted. She’s even fed and soothed my baby while at closing. My family and I are forever grateful and highly recommend her to list your home and assist you with finding one.

Joanne was very professional and attentive! We found a new home and were able to close in less then 4 weeks! Being a first time home buyer I was unsure of the process however, Joanne was able to explain everything and guide me the entire way from start to finish. Joanne is a wonderful, caring woman, who put her all into helping me find my home.
I was a first time home buyer, knew absolutely nothing about going about purchasing my first home, mad Joanne was always just a text or a phone call away to answer any of my questions, no matter how silly they were.
She was there through every single step, and patient with me as I looked at roughly 16 houses.

At first, I thought we were bugging her too much with how many houses we wanted to see and how picky we were being until she started to send us more and telling us which ones we wanted then wouldn't want haha.
