Joanne has lived in both Rye and Larchmont. With her children attending the Rye Neck schools, Joanne immersed herself in the PTSA, served on the District 1 Committee for the City of Rye, and became a Master Gardener of Westchester County. She also studied and worked in France for 2 years and speaks French fluently. With many years of experience working on Wall Street and an MBA in Finance, as well as a decade with her own Westchester-based landscape design business, Blue Earth Garden Design, Joanne combines a wealth of financial acumen and negotiating skills, with a discerning eye for design and detail.
