Jocelyn Lomahan

Jocelyn Lomahan has been helping San Diegans buy and sell homes since 2003, guiding clients through every kind of real estate transaction with care, confidence, and expertise. She grew up in southeast San Diego and moved to Rancho Penasquitos in 1991 so she has deep community roots as the current Rancho Penasquitos Town Council President and chair of the Rancho Peñasquitos Realtor Caravan. She is recognized as one of the leading authorities in PQ and surrounding neighborhoods including Del Sur, 4S Ranch, and Rancho Bernardo, while also serving clients across all of San Diego County.

Known as both a connector and advocate, Jocelyn empowers her clients to feel confident and worthy of investing in real estate—whether they’re buying their first home, moving up, downsizing, or navigating complex life transitions. She has earned designations as a Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR®) and a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®), reflecting her ability to support unique needs like aging parents and “sandwich generation” families balancing care for both children and seniors.

Her work has been recognized multiple years by the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA) A-List and the San Diego Association of REALTORS® Circle of Excellence. As a devoted Catholic, proud Filipino-American, and dedicated wife and mom, Jocelyn is just as active in her church and family life as she is in her community.
