About Jocelyn

While Jocelyn may not be a native of the Upstate she has since familiarized herself with every part of it and the adjoining regions! Immediately she knew that she was somehow going to share her love of the lakes, mountains, seasons with everyone she could! That's why she became a became a Realtor.

Jocelyn's main objective is to market properties utilizing sound planning, professional ethics, persuasive skills, and a strong company support system.

Her thoughts about communication with clients is of the utmost importance in all real estate transactions. She wants the client to feel that they are informed on a regular basis as to the status of their property transaction. She is always to her clients to answer their questions. Her telephone is never turned off!

Prior to becoming a Realtor, Jocelyn worked for 10 years as an Auditor, so she has that eye to ensure all contracts and paperwork are correct. She strives to provide quality service and innovative thinking with great negotiating skills. Whether it is buying or selling a home she understands how busy and hectic life can get and is committed to work diligently for her client.

Jocelyn is the BEST realtor I've ever had!!! She listened to what my husband wanted and then what I wanted and blended the styles to give us exactly what we both wanted. She is honest, hard working, on time, professional, and easy to talk to.
