Jocelyn Vas

Jocelyn is a native Washingtonian currently residing in Petworth with her husband and two little boys. She started as a property management specialist and has been a Realtor® since 2012 in DC, MD, and VA, working with buyers, sellers, landlords, renters, and investors to ensure her clients' happiness throughout the whole process.

Hailing from a family of real estate attorneys, Jocelyn was immersed in the industry at an early age, giving her an advantage in regard to market knowledge, creativity, and negotiation tactics. Throughout her career in real estate, she has built a vast network of committed resources to ensure easy smooth transactions.

With a degree in Psychology from James Madison University and a Master's degree as a Clinical Mental Health Therapist, Jocelyn has a unique skill set navigating clients through the emotional and sometimes challenging process of buying and selling homes. Her proven approach to real estate has built a business based on referrals and repeat clients.

As an investor herself Jocelyn thoroughly researches and monitors changing trends in the local real estate climate. She takes ample time to review contracts and answer questions at all hours. Jocelyn brings passion, dedication, and commitment to all her clients.
