I loved Jodi even before I met her in person. From the first phone call Jodi was incredibly interested and enthusiastic about helping me with my home-buying experience. And she always did exactly what she said she would do, including sit down with me and explain the home-buying process from beginning to end. From that first meeting I knew I could always count on Jodi to answer my questions and be there for me...which she was. She had great recommendations of properties to look at and quickly understood what my needs, wants and likes were in a new home, which is why I am now in my dream-home...something that the market itself made me feel, I wouldn't be able to obtain anytime soon. Jodi has been a tremendous help throughout each step of our home buying process and has really shown us the value that an experienced and knowledgeable agent can bring to this process. For a number of years, my husband and I had been actively searching for a home through popular sites like Redfin and Zillow and putting in unsuccessful offers through other agents. Jodi changed the game for us. She went with us to see a few different listings we thought we were interested in. She provided helpful feedback and answered our many questions at each listing. Jodi must have taken careful note of what we were looking for because she then (kindly and sweetly!) insisted that we visit a property that we had passed over. Jodi was so familiar with the neighborhoods that we were considering that she saw beyond bad listing photos and brought us to a property that she knew was special. We fell in love with the property on the spot and without Jodi's push, we would have never found this perfect home. Not only did Jodi's expertise settle a 2 year long house hunt in a matter of weeks, but also she was invaluable in dealing with a difficult seller. Jodi's calm but firm handling of the offer and escrow process made a difficult process all that much easier and smoother. Jodi was always available to answer our questions and to go the extra mile to address our concerns quickly. In fact, she continued to follow up with us, even a month after escrow was closed, to make sure all loose ends were tied. Jodi has truly been a fantastic help through this process and we cannot recommend her enough. As first time homebuyers, my husband and I came to the purchase process with no idea of what to expect. That lack of knowledge could have easily led us down the wrong path, but fortunately the universe brought us to Jodi. I could not write a more enthusiastic review of Jodi - she is an expert in her field and she always made sure we were comfortable with every step of the process. She was reachable at all hours of the day and took the time to patiently answer all of our questions (regardless of how stupid I felt they might be!). Since we closed escrow several weeks ago, she has even reached out to us several times - just to check in. Jodi was extremely helpful throughout my whole home buying process. We saw many properties and she had a positive attitude even when I wasn't finding what I was looking for. I had to be out of my rental by January so I started to feel the pressure to pick something and I nearly did. But after Jodi saw the property, I didn't love but was considering, she gave me her honest opinion and the reasons she didn't feel the property was right. She was confident if I kept looking something would be available that would be a better fit for me.
