About Jodi
Real estate was a natural career choice for Jodi Elliott, Broker. A community builder at heart, one of her greatest passions lies in building and strengthening relationships between people and the place where they live. Her sense of humor, superior communication skills, and ever-increasing knowledge of the real estate market are cornerstones in the skill set that allows her to serve clients with professionalism and the greatest of care. She believes the key to outstanding service is ongoing education and is committed to exceeding the licensing requirements for continuing education.
With several long-distance and international moves under her belt, Jodi understands the intricacies—and stress—of the relocation process and can provide both logistical and heartfelt assistance to ease the transition. She thrives when helping clients articulate what they are looking for in a home and neighborhood, then helping them reach that goal. While the process of buying or selling a home can be complex, with steady guidance it can also be clear, streamlined, and smooth. Jodi aims to find that sweet spot for her clients.
A native of Kalamazoo, Michigan, Jodi moved to Corvallis in the fall of 2017 after living in Stockholm, Sweden for four years. She earned a bachelor’s degree in anthropology at the University of Virginia before spending a year with AmeriCorps and traveling widely in Europe and the American West. She has also lived in Los Angeles, Santa Barbara, and Princeton, New Jersey. Her husband, James, hails from England and is a professor at OSU; they regularly travel Devon in Southwest England to visit family.
Jodi has three young children and is an active volunteer at Franklin School and coaches with AYSO soccer. She is proud to be on the steering committee for the Power of 100 People Who Care - Corvallis & Benton County, a giving circle that empowers individuals to make a significant collective impact on local non-profits. She also serves on the board as the President of Timberhill Tennis Club in Corvallis.
