This is my 2nd sale/purchase with Jodi! I liked her and felt a bond (comfortable and cared for) from day one!

After just a few conversations she understood me, what I wanted and needed and made me feel like i was the most important person, as if she had no other clients (when I know she was swamped with work)! Even more than "the feels" Jodi was incredibly knowledgeable and walked into each home with a list of things she knew I would want, but also a list of her concerns and better yet, a solution for how to overcome them or how to use the issues during the negotiation.

We’ve had great experiences using Jodi as our realtor! From the inspector she recommended using in the beginning of the home buying process, to her recommendation on the title company at our closing, all along the way working seamlessly with our mortgage broker.

We never had a moment of anxiety with Jodi looking out for us, in selling our former home and purchasing our new home. She is a consummate professional and has a tremendous professional network.
