Jodi Poliseno

Jodi is a long-time resident of central Ohio and has lived in Southern Delaware County for 25 years. After attending Franklin University, majoring in finance, Jodi obtained her Securities Broker’s license and focused on retirement planning working for Shearson Lehman Brothers and The Copeland Companies. This experience has given her a unique insight into the financial, as well as personal aspects of home buying and selling.

Following the birth of her first child, Jodi focused on raising her children and began a Home Staging company in 2006. Her Company has won numerous awards and has been featured several times in Columbus Monthly Magazine, the Columbus Dispatch and even Better Homes and Gardens Magazine! Jodi’s experience in preparing homes for sale gives her a unique perspective when marketing for sellers and assisting buyers. Using a ground up approach, beginning with the product and how best to present it, Jodi’s aptitude for presenting a home in its best light gives her clients an edge above the competition. With a focus on presenting the best product to the market place, Jodi has helped hundreds of home sellers sell their homes faster and for more money.

Jodi is a past board member and tour director for the Southern Delaware County and Dublin Area Realtors Associations. Having experience in these positions, as well as having staged hundreds of homes all over Central Ohio, has given Jodi a wealth of Real Estate knowledge in these wonderful communities.

Half way to being empty nesters (their daughter Francesca is currently attending Savannah College of Art and Design), Jodi and Her husband Michael live on a small farm in Southern Delaware County with their son Max and many furry family members. In addition to helping home buyers and sellers realize their life dreams and goals, Jodi enjoys performing charitable work in rural Southern Ohio, riding horses, hiking and many forms of artwork.
