Peter Teitsma - Aug 16, 2015 We were given 30 days notice by our landlord to vacate the house we were renting because they were going to put the house on the market. The first week we were in a stressful panic state and were not getting much help. With three weeks left we clicked for information on a house we really liked and Jodi returned the call right away, and this was late at night. We met with her at the house the next morning. Her concern for our situation made us feel at ease. Jodi and her husband Rick took care of us from that point on and made getting moved over into this new house so much easier then it would have been without their help. They really worked hard to make it possible, there were problems getting it worked out for us and at one point didn’t look like it would happen. They made it happen! We never experienced this kind of care and help from anyone with our search for house rentals in the past. The peace of mind we had trusting them to look out for us is priceless. Hopefully next year we will be ready to purchase a home and Team Dames (Jodi and Rick) are who we want to be with us. If your need a good realtor team on your side, I wholeheartedly suggest calling Jodi.

Ashley Johnson - Apr 14, 2015 I was relocating to Las Vegas to go to grad school and had a place to live all wrapped up. The deal fell out on a Friday and I only had two days in town to find a home. Jodie and Rick worked all week-end. They called, texted and emailed other Realtors on Saturday and Sunday. I began my journey at the end of December 2016, I explained in detail to Jodie what I was looking for in a home, I wanted something similar to the property I was leasing, Jodie and Rick recommend Mann Mortgage to get me started and everything was very smooth on that end. The best thing about Team Dames is they don't send you properties that are way above your price range, they check on all the little details to ensure that the property you may fall in love with is attainable to you. I was extremely lucky in my home search as my Landlord decided to sell me the home I had been leasing, as soon as I told Jodie it was full steam ahead, her and Rick talked me through everything, being a first time buyer, to say I was clueless would be an understatement! The whole process was a smooth and seamless one, it took four weeks from beginning to signing, I am so grateful that I began my search on Zillow and found this wonderful team and whats more caring and genuine individuals. Natalie - Jul 11, 2016 I refer to this team as the Dynamic Duo. Talk about great customer service when selling my home. I sent an e-mail through Zillow website regarding selling and purchasing a home. Jodi called me back within less than an hour. She was very polite and welcoming. I let her know that I wanted to list my home for sale, she immediately set up an appointment to view my home. She is very punctual and even brought Rick so that I could meet the rest of the team. The told me the process of selling my home in great detail and made sure a novice like myself understood everything. We, mostly she, made appointments for inspections, pics etc. Pictures were posted within 3 days of being taken-which was a Saturday night, not many people sacrifice their nights and weekends and they did both. I received a call the next day from Jodie letting me know there was going to be a showing. She called me the next day and let me know we should be getting an off and we did. Within 3 days my home went from for sale to pending an offer to sold. This and many other reasons helped me name this team the Dynamic Duo!!!! Doug - Apr 14, 2017 I've moved many times in my life and have had many real estate agents. Never have I had an experience like the one I had with Team Dames. They are not like your typical pushy real estate agents. They are warm, hard-working, and always had MY best interests at heart even if it meant more work for them. The level of customer service that I received from Jodie and Rick was second to none. They were always available when I needed them and never once made me feel like a burden, no matter how many questions I had for them...and I had a lot. Team Dames went out of their way to make sure that my buying and selling experience went smoothly and was without stress. Team Dames not only provided a an unheard of level of customer service, but they also were able to learn all the advantages of my home and strategically developed an aggressive marketing strategy to sell my home for the highest price seen in this sub-division. Not only that, but once the house went under contract, they made sure to leave notes around the house for the appraiser to justify that high price. Freddie & - Jan 03, 2016 I recently contacted Jodie Dames about helping my husband and I look for a house as I had been through 2 realtors, one would not get me information I needed had to keep asking and asking for things, the other, too pushy and totally refused to show me homes that were over $150,000. BECAUSE we stated that we did not want to live for a house payment, so I got rid of him quickly. Jodie responded quickly and her husband Rick. They have been the best realtors I have ever seen in Las Vegas, they are caring, they respond at any time on anything, they listen to you when you have a story or not, they will suggest to you but not demand, they are respectful of how you feel and what you want and when you need it. They are very thorough in all they do as realtors and can be your friend too. Business first they are. You cannot find a better realtor. Just as pleasant as the sun shines in the day. They are a god sent to us and we are so grateful and thankful we have them and yes, they helped us find our home and we are now in the process of everything. There is nothing average about the work ethics of Team Dames, as they went above and beyond in every aspect of our home buying experience. They provided us with superior customer service. We talked to a few realtors, but none seemed to capture our dream home wish list, along with having a personal, and hands on approach in the way Rick and Jodie displayed. They made an indelible impression on us, with their professionalism, but still had a way of making us feel we were one of their own family members. Rick and Jodie found us our dream home.
