Jody helped me purchase my first home back in May. I had a very short suspense time (less than 45 days). She made sure that all off my family's needs and my list of demands were met. Jody never took "no" for an answer without doing extensive research on my behalf. There was always consistent communication and I was never left in the dark. She was always upfront and honest. In the end, my family and I ended up with a beautiful home.

I would HIGHLY recommend Jody as a realtor. She will definitely fight for you. When it's time for me to uproot, she will be the first person I call.

Jody was fabulous to work with as we found our new home. We will not hesitate to contact her again when we are ready for the next home. She was on top of things, responded quickly, and never made us feel like we were bothering her as she answered our questions, text messages, and emails. She has a fabulous personality and fights for her clients to get the best deal. She was always honest and up front about everything she was doing, and we found that she answered any questions we had before we really had to ask them.

Jody Crispin has been deeply involved in no less than four real estate transactions for us over the last six years. She sold three of our homes (about 2014 - 1,800 sq ft home), in 2017 (sold a 1,400 sq ft home in ONLY FIVE days), and most recently assisted us in selling my mother's home in Richmond, Virginia (2,500 sq ft) - IN ONLY TWO DAYS!

She also provided us recommendations for purchasing a home that was out of her MLS market.

She has the marketing savvy, the real estate smarts, and is rabid about protecting her client's interests as well as getting the best market price for the home sale based on the current location, economic environment, and the condition of the home.

She has a marketing plan that she uses to the seller's advantage - even before she meets with the client!

Jody also helped us purchase our dream retirement home (2020) in Gloucester, VA - helping us through a nightmare of nine months of legal entanglements (on the side of the seller). She researched issues, worked with the seller's agent, the lawyers who were researching and resolving the legal issues, and today we are the proud owners of a 'farmette,' with 95% of everything we had hoped for on our retirement property wish-list.

Jody is also very involved in 'pushing' the slow-pokes involved in the deal to get them to speed up processing (mortgage loan process, inspections, legal issues), and does not hesitate to use her SUBJECT MATTER EXPERTISE (learned first-hand over the last 10 years) to get the seller the best sales price - OR - the buyer the best purchase incentives possible.
