Jody Sipe

I started my Real Estate career in 1992, in the days before technology appeared in our business. It seems like a long time ago, and just yesterday all at once. The remaining constants have been my love of a challenge, (this business will challenge you daily) and the love of helping people find a space in this world to call home. There are many neighborhoods in our valley where I have sold, or been a part of that sale for the majority of the dwellings within- and it still warms my heart to drive through those neighborhoods and see the life that has been created around these homes, the light that shines from within reminds me still of why I’m in this business.

Within the walls of my own home I am married to BJ Sipe, who shares my love of making home a reality for people, he has built or rehabbed over 230 homes in our Community throughout his Career. Between the two of us we have a lot to offer buyers and sellers in the way of good old hard earned experience. I have lived here in the Valley since I was a baby, a Green Hornet at heart and a proud Resident of Augusta County for my entire life. I have Four Children and cherish them, as well as the Grandchildren that I have been blessed with.
