Jody Williams

A Peoria, Illinois native, real estate has always been a big part of Jody’s life. Her family’s investment properties provided many years of firsthand experience. She studied Interior Design for four years and in 2006 opened a Health and Wellness business where she has been dedicated to helping clients achieve their life goals. In 2017 she earned a certificate as a Professional Organizer and collaborates with clients to organize and curate spaces.

Jody understands her client’s needs and supports her clients in accomplishing their specific goals. Her people and organization skills are proven strengths when collaborating with both buyers and sellers. She stays up to date on the ever-changing real estate market, current trends and is quick to take action as needed.

Jody is dedicated to her community and is a member of The Chamber of Commerce in Germantown Hills, a Parent Advisor for Woodford County Special Education, and a team mom for whatever sport or activity her kids are currently in.

Jody has a wealth of knowledge and resources to ensure an efficient, smooth, stress-free transaction for every client. She is ready, able, and determined to help you buy, sell and/or curate the home of your dreams.
