Once he made the jump as an official Licensed Real Estate Agent, Joe found immediate success selling millions of dollars in real estate across the Rochester, NY, and finger lakes areas.
As Broker/Owner of Cassara Realty Group, Inc., Joe’s leadership is inspirational. His knowledge is second to none. And he knows what it takes to get the job done. He also hates that this rhymes and is super humble. But the truth is his wife is in charge of web copy and she is very proud of all that he has done.
Joe will probably greet you in shorts and flip flops, or maybe some work boots and jeans depending on the weather. But that is what is so great about working with him. He will not only show you a house, but he will get down and dirty in that crawl space, climb under the porch, or traipse through that dark basement. At the same time, he is consummate professional. He will not just work with you; he will work just as hard for you at every step along the way.
Joe is a graduate of Syracuse University, an incredible eater, and a faithful man of God. He loves his family, friends, and fishing. When he is not working a real estate deal, you will likely find him somewhere in the woods. Unless it is summer. Then you will find him on the lake.
Joe grew up in Greece, NY and currently lives in Webster with his wife Katie and their five kids. (Yes, five. They are affectionately known as The Jatie Bunch.) Joe spent most of his childhood in the Finger Lakes where he currently manages both residential and commercial properties in Honeoye, NY–a place he and his family consider their second home.
