Joe Cavazos

I’ve been working in real estate since 1988 and have been involved in more than 500 residential, lending, and business transactions. I’ve worked through many different markets, handled complex negotiations, and helped clients navigate everything from simple sales to deals that required extra strategy and care. My background in both residential real estate and business brokerage gives me a well rounded perspective when it comes to pricing, negotiations, and protecting my clients’ interests.

Earlier in my career, I worked as a Broker Associate with Cornish and Carey and Coldwell Banker in the Greater Bay Area, and later as a Senior M and A Business Advisor with TIG. Those experiences shaped how I approach real estate today, with clear communication, preparation, and steady guidance throughout the process.

I’ve called Folsom home since 2001 and bring decades of experience working across Folsom and the surrounding Sacramento area communities. I’m an empty nester who enjoys cycling, hiking, and hosting friends. I believe real estate works best when people feel informed, comfortable, and confident, and that’s the experience I aim to provide from start to finish.
