I’ve been paying and selling real estate for years and have seen my share of average realtors. Then, finally, I met Joe.
He’s a consummate professional, always suites up and shows up and gets his clients to the closing table with smiles on their faces and that’s not easy to do. He follows through, he’s warm and passionate, and is one of the hardest workers I have observed in the real estate business.
Lastly, his clients are clients for life. And for good reason, he’s just amazing. Period!

When it came to finding a house we were very picky, and made Joe show us a ton of different places before even considering putting in an offer. He stuck with us the whole way and patiently advised us on market conditions and what a good offer would be over and over again until we found the one we wanted and got it! From that point on he made the buying process super simple and smooth sailing.

When we were ready to sell our old place he got it sold almost immediately and for well over asking. What more could you ask for?
