Joe is by far the most experienced, trustworthy and responsive realtor with whom we have ever dealt, and we have used several. He sold our old residence in a challenging location and assisted us and my elderly parents with buying two current homes. He maintains excellent contact with his clients and is on top of every situation as it arises from showings to negotiations to closings. His expertise proved invaluable as we dealt with some very difficult buyers, sellers and their agents who were not at Joe's level.
