One thing that stood out was how easy it was to communicate with Joe, which given that I had to handle this entire process from start to finish from 2,500 miles away, was extremely important to me. Working with Joe was an absolute pleasure. From day one, he made it his goal to help us find what we were looking for in the price range we wanted. Joe often times went out of his way to make sure things got done in a timely manner, quickly responding to phone calls/emails and keeping us updated on everything that was happening with the process from start to finish. Finding friendly service like Joe & his associates provided is often very hard to find these days. Joe was extremely patient throughout & encourages you to ask questions about anything you don't understand. (Which won't be much, the explanations & attention to detail that he provides is outstanding). I would recommend Joe to anyone looking to buy a house, he will take very good care of you & leave you with a overall wonderful experience!
