I cannot recommend Joe and Liz Edwards enough. I am a first time home buyer, with little understanding of the housing market and home buying process. Joe spent hours on the phone, on video calls, and at showings with me to make sure I fully understood and was happy with what I was getting into. He answered any and all questions I had, and was knowledgeable and honest with all answers. I truly would not have been able to get my home that I got, without the help of them. I could not have wished for a more amazing realtor! The entire time the Liz was working with me to find me my perfect home, she was always there when I needed her. Buying is stressful and she took so much of the stress out of it! She always made sure that I was ending up with what I wanted and totally had my back. Literally THE BEST! Should I sell/buy in the future, Liz will be my go to, and she is absolutely the only realtor I’ll refer my friends to. Hands down, 5 stars PLUS!

This is our third time working with Joe and we couldn't imagine working with anyone else. Joe is always on call and will give us the straightforward answers we are looking for. He is knowledgeable of the market and invests his all in finding his clients the perfect house.
One of the things we love about Joe is how down to earth he is. We have worked with agents in the past who were hard to connect with and were only interested in making the sale. Joe takes the time to connect with his clients and makes you feel like a friend. We are just starting the search for our new home and are able to do so with little stress knowing that Joe is there to guide us.

5 stars across the board. My husband and I had at least a dozen realtors to choose from to list our home with (this includes relatives and long time friends). We had thought about putting it on the market in 2017 and got in touch with a few realtors. Joe came through for us (while others didn’t). They wanted to list our home for us (of course), but did not reach out and ask us what we needed while Joe went above and beyond. He did market research for us, comps in our area/neighborhood, then came and took a look at our home.

A year later we decided to list (June 2018) & we didn't have to think twice about who would be representing us and listing our home. Joe, an outstanding man who I have known for YEARS was there for us through the entire process. His experience clearly showed through a stressful process :) He is calm, confident, professional, kind disposition, and has excellent character. We very much trusted him through the entire process. As part of Joe being our realtor, he had professional stagers come in, a professional photographer- they were also great to work with.

We had a few offers come in very quickly. We went through them together in person. The home sold for $20,000 above listing. I will add this, weather you are selling a home for $200k or $10 million, he will do right by you.

Thank you so much Joe, we would recommend you to any of our friends and relatives. You made the process nearly stress free & were encouraging through the process (even when I was stressed out)! :)

We worked with Joe to sell our house. He went above and beyond our expectations. Joe was very knowledgeable about the current market and how to prepare for the sale to get the best result. His communication, attention to detail and follow up was spectacular. Joe contacted us every step of the way as things progressed. He utilized a professional photographer and stagers to set up the house for showings.

Joe did an amazing job finding us our perfect first home and navigating our sale in a really high stress market. He was honest, kind and knew his stuff! My wife and I have used Joe & Liz Edwards for many real estate transactions through the years. We have also recommended Joe and Liz to multiple family members and friends and every one of those people chose Joe and Liz as their realtor and have been extremely happy with his service. Buying a house is the most complicated transaction that most people will ever deal with, and Joe is an expert in his field and provides all the guidance and information to make the transaction go smoothly. Joe is always available to answer our many questions, before and after the sale. Our last sale with Joe was because we were moving out of state, and Joe spent considerable time interviewing multiple agents in San Diego to find the best agent to help us to buy. Our only negative with Joe is that he couldn't come with us to San Diego and be our realtor here! We would never use any other realtor in the Portland area, and I don't think that anyone else who has used Joe would ever use anyone else either.
