Joe Hill is a lifelong resident of Adams county Pennsylvania. He
owned and operated his own real estate brokerage (Battlefield Realty) in
Gettysburg Pennsylvania, for many years. Owned and managed as many as 27
commercial/residential rental units, Owned and operated a Camping Resort for a
decade. He started SuperPa.Net and was one of the first to bring internet into Adams County in the late 90’s. Along with negotiating real estate deals he
owns and operates Short term vacation rentals in Florida, Virginia, Tennessee
and Florida. He comes from a background of over 30 years in business and real
estate investing. He brings experience in buying and selling residential and commercial real estate, With his experience and skill set he can assist you with your next real estate transaction.
Joe Hill attended York College of Pennsylvania and majored in
Physical and Mathematics. While attending college in his early 20’s he received his first US patent. Later earned a bachelor’s degree in business Administration with a concentration in IT.
His skills in Business and Information technology give him a unique
insight into online marketing of real estate in today’s online world.
Joe and his wife enjoys scuba diving, fishing, and mountain
biking.
