Can’t recommend Joe enough! Initially, I was looking to sell my house, and Joe was prepared with numbers and comps. However, when he realized my circumstances, he pointed out renting it out was a viable option. Not many people would be honest enough to sacrifice a bigger paycheck in the best interests of someone else. But Joe switched gears and worked as my rental agent, scheduling tours, requesting references, submitting background checks, and coordinating applications. As a first-time landlord, I asked a lot of questions, and Joe was there every step of the way. He went above and beyond assisting with my borough’s inspection process and application for rentals.

He is super friendly and upbeat and works tirelessly to help his clients. He even befriended my cat! Anyone would be lucky to have Joe as their agent!

He has an amazing eye for what makes a property a great fit, and he was always quick to schedule showings—flexible and accommodating so we could see homes as soon as they caught our interest.

Throughout the process, he was always available to answer questions, provide guidance, or just check in, whether by call or text. When we found a house we wanted to put an offer on, he handled everything expertly, making sure our offer was competitive and submitted on time—even under last-minute pressure. Joe was fantastic, it was a long process in this market but Joe stayed with us every step of the way. He followed through on everything we asked for. He sold our house for a great price, and worked for us to get the best value we could. When buying, Joe was in constant communication with the selling agent and consistently advocating for us...to the point where she credited him as the reason we got the house. We went an unconventional way in buying and Joe was informative about risks but still helped us get it done.

We can't thank Joe enough for helping us on both ends of this process and can't recommend him more for any of your home buying/selling needs!

I first met Joe through Redfin when my daughter and her husband were looking to buy their first home. His dedication and willingness to assist them was what impressed me. Joe was able to get them their dream house, in their budget after looking at many, many properties with nothing but enthusiasm.

So when it was time to put my home of 36 years on the market, my first call was to Joe to see if he would be interested in representing my interests as my Realtor.

He, accepted and immediately went to work. The property was a Victorian with some historical significance. The property has some deferred maintenance that would likely deter some buyers. Joe understood all the issues involved in getting the house sold.

His recommendations were on point and we agreed on a price. He told me he would not put the house on the MLS or put out a sign until the house was ready for buyers.

This meant clearing out my home of 36 years. 3 floors and a full basement of furniture and "accumulated stuff."

We (me, my daughter and husband) immediately began this laborious task. I realized that, after hiring a mover for the big things, it seemed like it would take forever to get this house emptied. Sensing my frustration at the task, Joe recommended an Estate Liquidator.
Best suggestion ever. In one day, the liquidator has the house totally emptied. Some things (actually many things) were trash to be dumped. Others were items he could donate. And the items of value, he paid me on the spot, in cash.

Once Joe saw that the property was ready, he pushed the switch to activate the property on the MLS and went to the house to place the "For Sale" sign.

Now, I had listed this house twice before with another Realtor. Because of the home's historic value the listing generated tons of interest and showings. Each time, after listing for 6 months, I did not receive a single offer. Not even a low-ball offer. So I thought we might have the same issues.

But, with all the problems I was facing, Joe had a solution. The house was in the market for 4 days, I received a full asking price offer with no contingencies, and closing to be within 14 days.

Again, Joe was on top of things when he realized that the township inspector, who issues the occupancy cert, was going to request that smoke alarms be placed inside all 5 bedrooms, even though the house had a central alarm with wired smoke detectors outside of all the bedrooms. Joe even went the extra mile, bought the 5 detectors and installed them himself. In time to pass the occupancy inspection!

When it came time to close, Joe had a notary come to my new location with my half of the paperwork and signed and notarized everything 4 days before settlement. Joe went over all the details and stood in his head to personally clear up a last minute tax cert issue.

He attended the closing on my behalf and it was completed without a single issue being raised at the table. When he texted me that everything was now done and the house officially sold, I was so relieved that the whole process was completed, with everyone satisfied, in such a record time.

I highly recommend that you speak with Joe Hill when considering putting your house on the market. That's a decision you won't regret.

Probably the best realtor we could ask for during our home search. Going in with no knowledge of home buying or even what to really look for when looking at a house Joe taught us a ton about the process and things to look for.

He was always super informative and anything he wasn't sure about...he found out and gave us the information within no time at all which helped the entire process.

Was with us for the entire process so that we never felt like we were handling anything alone and was always available for questions and house viewings.

Quite honestly the best agent I could ask for!

He is very informative, trustworthy and helpful. He helped us in every way imaginable when in the market to purchase a home. He also is super friendly and made it feel like we where working with a long time family friend despite only working with him for a couple short months.
