Joe and his team did an outstanding job from start to finish selling our house in less than a week. This process started with a thoughtful and careful assessment of the as-is condition and reflected Joe's recommendations to make improvements to maximize value. This is where Joe stood out from other agents. He was able to line up a general contractor in a timely manner based on his longstanding relationship and he will willing to oversee all areas of construction prior to the listing. All of the work was done on time and reflected attention to detail throughout. Joe is very professional, seasoned and communicated frequently throughout the process. I highly recommend the Huff Team without reservation.

My sister and I just went through the process of helping our parents sell their home of 58 years. We had a very short time frame to accomplish this task. We partnered with Joe Huff and Becca Huff from Long and Foster Real Estate. We discussed our concerns, schedules, and thoughts. Joe and Becca stated we were in good hands, and they could get us to the finish line. The partnership was formed, and we went to work. A real estate deal is complex and there are many hurdles to conquer. Together as a team, we solved every challenge together. The Huff’s had the knowledge and skills to guide us through the process. My sister and I both live a good distance from our parents’ home. During the process, there was an issue that needed to be addressed at the property. The Huff’s got in the car and went over to investigate and resolve the issue. Selling the family home was a very emotional event. It really puts strain on your heart. The Huff’s provided real estate expertise and to be honest - held our hands through the process. They are good people, and I am glad we partnered together. Our parents’ home sold per our schedule. We purchased our current house with Joe and team 8 years ago which went beautifully so when my mother in law wanted to sell her home so she could move out of state, Joe was our first choice and it was the best one we could make. Joe is thorough, kind, and wonderful to work with. He facilitated several things that needed to be taken care in the home before and after the quick sale of the house; the process was seamless. Joe and his team did an excellent job selling my house. Joe worked with me to determine the value and expected net proceeds. In this interesting housing market he came up with an idea to ease my purchase of a new home while maintaining the proceeds I needed to receive. He advised on necessary repairs/renovations and recommended excellent contractors with whom to work. I whole heartedly recommend Joe if you have real estate requirements.

I was stressed and terrified about selling my family’s home of 55 years. My dad was approaching 90 and the only tenant. It was a great house, but he just didn’t need it anymore. It was time for a new family to create memories. As luck would have it, my husband sat next to Joe Huff on a flight. They shared stories, and Joe noted that he specialized in helping seniors downsize and relocate to safe environments. When we were ready to move my dad, we contacted Joe and he took charge. He advised us on how best to clean out a house, where to donate, and what details needed to be handled. I now look back and can’t believe how easy Joe made the process. Within a matter of weeks, my dad’s house was cleared out and sold. My dad is now enjoying his new life in an active, senior community.
