About Joe

In 1993 I started investing in residential Real Estate.

In 2005 I created Village Real Estate Services and expanded into the heavily investor driven market of Florida. As business grew I teamed up with Continental Properties, probably the largest non-franchised Real Estate company in South Florida.

In 2015 I received my Brokers license and develop a world class boutique Real Estate company. Hence the Birth of Sunny and Associates.

The name Sunny is a tribute to my late Baby Sister Sunny Jennings Carney. She was an amazing person who emphasized leaving "FOOTPRINTS". I thought what better way to leave "FOOTPRINTS" then to help people with their housing needs and Real Estate Investments. That is what separates Sunny and Associates from other Real Estate firms is we care enough to want to leave "FOOTPRINTS" in what we do. LEAVE FOOTPRINTS!!!!
