Joe Koch

Joe's career starts with the High-Tech Industry. He started working as an engineer for IBM. After spending 15 years with the company, Joe decided to take a different direction in life. He started his Real Estate career in 1984. Joe also, became an accomplished Rental property investor owning several homes, land and apartments. Joes strengths include; power negotiations, investment exchanges, and land development along with superior Residential and Investment sales.

Joe's core belief; "Strive for Perfection,... settle for excellence...". Because of his high work ethic Joe has achieved the highest level of customer service awards presented to Realtors.

Joe has been in several publications which include; San Jose Magazine and the San Jose Business Journal for being a Top Agent in Silicon Valley. With over 6,000 Realtors in Santa Clara County that's quite an achievement.
