Home and Commercial property buyers and sellers have their money on the line, and Joe doesn’t take that lightly. Thus, he makes sure his clients have all the pertinent facts; that they understand the language contained in their contracts and disclosures; and that they know their options. He always points out both the positive and negative in a potential decision.

Joe and his partner, Janet Simas have a combined property management experience of over 70 years.

Before moving to San Jose from Newport Beach, CA, Joe was a consultant to the Digital Imaging, Printing and Photography industries specializing in both Sales & Marketing and Technical training in the USA and around the world. In this capacity, he honed his communication and negotiating skills necessary to be the calm one in the middle of a storm and to maintain the positive outlook that leads to successful problem solving.
