Joe Mansell

Joe and Jane moved to the Raleigh area in 1994, after living in northern Ohio for over 25 years. Jane was in the medical field for over 17 years in various positions, including public relations and patient care. They built their own home on Lake Erie with Joe acting as general contractor and also working on the house himself.

When they moved to Raleigh, Joe went to real estate school and obtained his license in 1994. Jane at the time was employed at a doctor’s office and then received her license and joined Joe in 1996 to work with him as a team.

Since then they have built two homes in Wakefield and have recently moved to Wake Forest Joe has the CSP (Certified New Home Sales Professional) designation and Jane has the SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) designation as well as their Brokers licenses.

Joe is a US Air Force Veteran and comes from a family of veterans. Most recently their oldest grandson is now a USAF Airman.

Joe and Jane have well over 50 years of combined experience working with the public and are always finding ways to assist their clients with their real estate needs.
