About Joe

Joe Marini grew up in a household, or essentially a home office, that was deeply embedded in a construction business lead by both of his parents. Joe’s mother worked non-stop at the home office, answering the never-ending telephone calls with ancestral Italian kindness. Joe’s father operated in the field and developed strong relationships in the industry to elevate himself and everyone around him. Today, many of Joe’s values and characteristics were forged by being immersed in a family business created within an immigrant family.

Today, Joe works aggressively to ensure his ambitious clients turn their dreams into reality.

Joe’s first commercial transaction was in 2018, leasing a single room office to an immigrant from Ireland looking to start his own insulation business. His name is John Coleman, a best friend of Joe who has since lost his Irish accent but not the charm. John broke through all the modern made-up obstacles and has achieved what is coined as the “American Dream,” creating his own successful business, getting married, buying a single family, and is now raising a family.

Joe Marini’s cutting-edge ability to help his clients is seen with both selling and purchasing real estate. Joe’s background is enriched by education from UMass Amherst’s Isenberg College, knowledge of construction, regular communication with his brother who works as a commercial real estate attorney, and endless lessons from many real estate specialists. Whether it is a 26-unit mixed use development project designed by a world-renowned architect, or a gas station in Newton being redeveloped into luxury townhouses, Joe Marini has the proven, industry leading track record to assist his clients at every step.

There is over 100,000 Square Feet of space that Joe Marini represents as a Landlord Representative, ranging in all different property types, including retail, medical, office, industrial, multi-family, and specialized uses. All the listings come from family offices that have inspirational backgrounds, ambition to optimize their properties, and a drive to help their communities.

Retail Tenant and Landlord Representation include leases with BMBI Fitness, Higher Ground Fitness, Knot and Purl, the OakBerry franchise, Sinéad Beauty, and Newbury Street’s Lil Sweet Treat candy store.

When Joe Marini is not working, he is with his fiancé, Emily. They love learning history, traveling, reading, and gaining an appreciation of different cultures.
