Joe has served on the Midtown Miami Community Development District (CDD) Board of Supervisors since 2016. During his tenure, Joe played a critical role in the successful efforts to defeat a proposed Walmart supercenter in Midtown Miami, working alongside community members to protect the neighborhood’s character and address concerns about traffic and zoning.
