I worked with Joe twice in the past few years – initially as a buyer and then as a seller. Each time, my experience was fantastic. As a new Seattle resident, I found Joe to be a wealth of knowledge about neighborhoods, school systems, the professional community and Seattle as a whole. He was open and honest and helped me evaluate the best areas for my family. When we decided on a property, Joe was able to negotiate favorable terms in a highly competitive market. Additionally, as an out-of-state buyer, I wasn’t able to be physically present for much of the process. Joe handled everything and was able to participate in the inspections and walkthroughs when I couldn’t. He even recorded the final walkthrough, so that I had videos of all the important information about the house to review when I needed it. Moving cross country with a toddler is very stressful and Joe helped to make the process efficient, pleasant and exciting. Later when I decided to sell the home, Joe was there. Again, he was incredibly helpful with everything from staging, cleaning and photos. I trusted him throughout the process and my house received multiple offers and sold very quickly. I highly recommend Joe as a real estate partner whom you can trust and who will overdeliver on results.

We've worked with Joe as our agent for three transactions, and he was great in all 3! When we're ready to buy, we move fast; he was able to keep up every step of the way. Shopping for a home in the Seattle area can be competitive and frustrating, but Joe kept us level headed through it all. We had him help us sell too, and he was excellent in that regard. He does his own staging, and really made the place look impressive. We got an offer within 3 days of listing! We're very happy with Joe's services, and we'll absolutely work with him again in the future!

My home purchasing journey began as I was located in Washington, DC prior to relocating to Seattle. I was incredibly lucky to have my real estate agent in DC recommend Joe, a well connected agent, born and raised in Seattle.

After moving to the area, I was in constant contact with Joe and I was able to easily communicate my plans, desires and ideas in what I was looking for in a home and neighborhood. I had no Idea where to begin but I didn't need to -- Joe had everything covered. When it was time to start exploring neighborhoods and homes, Joe was able to curate the most ideal home visits in various neighborhoods that gave the highlights of each area as well as the possible drawbacks. Joe was available to answer questions at all hours and meet at the drop of a hat for home showings and neighborhood tours. He truly has a gifted eye in noticing peculiar home details the untrained eye would never notice. Joe connected me with an incredible lender that allowed me to confidently look at homes in the competitive Seattle market and gave me the tools necessary to know my purchasing power.

When we finally found the house I knew I wanted to call home, Joe was able to negotiate in the most competitive and uncharted covid real estate markets. He secured a home with a view that I never though I had a chance in obtaining.

I was so privileged to have Joe represent me in the home purchasing process. He was surprisingly able to work around my crazy work schedule and make the entire process seamless. I knew I was in great hands and I had the most trust in Joe. I could not recommend Joe more to anyone looking to buy a home. He has set the bar high and I am unsure if anyone will impress me more.

My husband, Nick, and I worked with Joe the summer of 2019 to find the house we now call home. He was recommended by a friend of mine, and he totally lived up to the hype.

Joe has a way of making you feel like you're his number one client - he's engaging, smart, and incredibly passionate about helping his clients find the right home for them.

We toured A LOT of homes with Joe - he never sent us on a tour without him, and he always gave a balanced review of the homes pros and cons but left the decision up to us. One of my favorite things about Joe is that he never let us settle for anything less than what we wanted.

Joe found the house we bought - it was just outside of our price range, but Joe worked with us, our lender, and the seller to craft an offer that worked for everyone - proving himself quite adept at negotiating in a competitive environment.

Highly recommend. Joe's a good guy, and you shouldn't deny yourself the opportunity to learn that firsthand. He let us do a "demo" tour with him before we committed to his services too, no pressure to hire him or anything, which made us really comfortable.
