My family and I relocated to Dutchess County in 1983. Together with my wife, Mary Ann, daughters, Lauren and Nicole, and our son Joe, We reside in the the Town of Beekman. After entering into real estate in 1993, as a licensed salesperson. I have a combined 25 years experience in the business as an Associate Broker .
Over the years I have worked with many of the local builders to sell their new homes. I am an associated broker and bring those skills to my clients. My experience spans from residential, commercial and land purchases, to builder lot acquisitions and relocation services. I have also worked with Hudson River Housing through local banks to get government grants for first-time buyers who qualify.
