About Joe
Joe has been in the real estate business for more than a decade, Joe currently has a dual role as the Director of Sales and buyer’s specialist at Puma & Associates. He joined his brother, Phil, at the inception of the company and has helped him build and grow the firm to a team of more than a dozen agents and office personnel.
As the Director of Sales, Joe is the mentor and coach for the entire Puma & Associates’ buyer’s agents’ team. A former college athlete, Joe strongly believes in, and fosters, a team environment; it is simply his nature. This culture of information-sharing, encouragement, and support benefits you, the buyer. Joe brings unique banking and lending knowledge along with his management and real estate expertise. Joe began his career in banking and asset management for one of the huge banking companies in town and then gained his loan officer license. The lending side of the entire real estate transaction may oftentimes be the most stressful part of the process. Joe is equipped to help educate you, answer questions or simply talk through the details.

Joe earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Alfred University in New York. He and his wife, who are college sweethearts, have three kids: Nicolas, Lia, and Eliana. With a passion for sports and the outdoors from the lake to the beach to the mountains, you will see Joe and his family involved in every type of land and water activity.
