With an eclectic work background involving both high finance and high fashion, Joe brings a unique perspective in meeting the needs of his clients. Studies in finance and accounting led to a stint in the banking industry at the corporate level, providing solid grounding on the inner workings of major financial institutions, as well as experience in commercial real estate.

A yearning to travel and for greater personal interaction pushed him on to a sales career path spanning 20 years and counting. As a major supplier of clothing trim throughout the 1990’s to some of this country’s top fashion labels, he had the opportunity to travel extensively, both domestically and internationally, and interact with a wide range of people and personalities.

Such broad interactions with people from all over the world prepared him well when he became a realtor in 2004. Before then, though, attaining an appraiser’s license in 2003 provided me a solid foundation to understanding property valuation, benefiting his clients, both buyers and sellers, during the escrow process.
