Joe has a true passion for real estate and helping his clients obtain their real estate goals. Both Joe has been in the real estate field for his entire working career.
Joe was born and raised in Philadelphia where he began his real estate career 20 years ago. While being a real estate consultant in Philadelphia, he also owned and operated a construction and restoration company for the same length of time. This allowed Joe to become an expert in all aspects of home building and restoration including flaws, inspections, fix-ups, and even cover-ups. He has restored rooms in every part of a home from the attic to the basement. Joe knows what to look for when researching homes and what quality material and quality work looks like.
Joe moved to Florida in 2011 and launched his real estate sales business with Keller Williams Realty in St. Pete Beach, FL. He founded his real estate team, Snyder Group International, and grew it to be one of the top teams in our office and market area. Snyder Group International specializes in helping buyers and sellers in the Tampa Bay area.
Joe met his wife Julie in 2014 through real estate. In November of 2018 they married and shortly after made the decision for Julie to transition into the sales side of the business with Joe. Towards the end of 2019, Joe decided to launch a new business in construction. Seeing a need for quality work in or area combined with a passion that never went away for construction, led Joe to this decision. With Julie taking over the reins of the real estate sales business he had already built, it allowed him the time to put into a new startup company.
