"We interviewed 4 top realtors before choosing Joel He came fully prepared with qualified comps, and a complete marketing plan from the target audience to communication plans to reach them. Joel walked through our home and advised on work we could do or have done that would raise the value, including valid estimates of how much we could expect and how to pre address a buyers potential concerns. Joel helped us locate qualified, affordable venders who got the work done in very short time frames. When we listed it, he had already prepped the market, and held a very successful open house during the COVID pandemic within two days. He brought in an ace photographer who showcased the qualities of the house from every angle and drone shots showcasing our proximity to private river and beach accesses. Joel worked with us and crafted messaging to draw the target buyer. Within one week he brought in buyers from all over the country and we had multiple qualified offers to choose from. His support did not end with the signed contract as so many other realtors do. He followed the progress and provided continual updates as each of the conditions were met. He was there for every inspection and helped us negotiate with the buyer on the very few things they had concerns with. The end result was a completed close at a price 3 other realtors told us was not reasonable and within a very short time frame.
