Joel is easily the best realtor that my wife and I have ever worked with. He has great attention to detail, is an excellent communicator, and you always feel that he has your best interest in mind. We spent a very long time searching for a house and Joel worked with us every step of the way. One thing that stands out to me about Joel is that he is honest. He isn’t going to try to sell you on something that you are in the fence about or make you feel pushed or rushed into making an offer on something you don’t love. I trusted his opinion every step of the way and you can tell that he does his homework and his market research. We will 100% be working with Joel on any future real estate projects!
