Joel Lavalley

Joel is a true Nashvillian deeply rooted in our city. Having lived in practically all the corners of the city, including Nashville, Murfreesboro and most recently Franklin, his knowledge of the local market and surrounding areas compliment his desire to find you the perfect home. Joel knows when a client first moves to the area they might not know where they want to land, so he takes that into account and works tirelessly to assist in the acclimation process. If a client is searching for the peace of the suburbs, the liveliness of the urban corridor or some rural space to spread out, Joel will make sure they experience it all. He realizes this is one of the biggest life decisions clients make and it’s important to consider the emotional aspects as well as the physical logistics. Joel considers his client’s commute, their lifestyle as well as their price point. Having lived and watched Nashville grow for over 30 years he has also amassed wonderful contacts in remodeling, painting and landscaping. A dedicated father and husband, Joel enjoys golf, tennis and the great outdoors.
