Joel is a real estate savvy, 30+ year San Francisco resident, intimately familiar with its neighborhoods and real estate market. He’s built his successful real estate practice on a foundation of knowledge and experience acquired as a realtor® and a lender. This experience uniquely equips him with the ability to anticipate problems, address issues early, ensuring smooth transactions and satisfied buyers and sellers.

He holds a BA in Economics from the University of California, Davis, and an MBA from the University of San Francisco. He also serves on the Board of Homeownership SF, a nonprofit working to expand ownership opportunities for low- and moderate-income home buyers; the San Francisco Associations of Realtors® Government Affairs Committee; and a member of the Edgehill Way Association, his San Francisco neighborhood.
