Joel Margolis

Joel Margolis, a well-known and successful Realtor®, has more than five decades of experience in the North Shore and Greater Boston area residential and commercial markets. As an experienced owner, manager and Realtor®, Joel remains committed to providing accurate real estate knowledge and advice to all his clients.

Joel, who is a Certified Buyer Representative (CBR), is active with several real estate organizations including the National Association of Realtors and the Massachusetts Association of Realtors. He has chaired several committees for the North Shore Association of Realtors including Membership, Education, Forms and Computer as well as Long Range Planning and Bylaws. He also served on Long Range Planning and was on the Board of Directors.

In addition to his volunteer activities in real estate, Joel believes in giving back to his home community—Beverly and participates in several community organizations. The lifelong resident is a former 20 year member of the Design Review Board and chairman of the Zoning Board of Appeals. Joel is also an instructor for his company, teaching new and experienced agents in the use of contracts and forms.
