Joel and his wife, Sydney, and mother-in-law, Missy are the JS Meyer Team, and they are here to serve you in all your real estate needs. They truly bring family into this business and treat each one of their clients as their closest family & friends.
In working with buyers, their team takes a no-pressure approach, first taking time to educate clients regarding the local real estate market. It is their #1 priority to make their clients feel at ease and confident with taking on the usually stressful task of purchasing a home. Their goal is to help them negotiate the best price for their new home, then take the sale from contract to closing with as smooth of a process as possible.
With sellers, their team draws on experience gained since 2000 to help clients make their homes market-ready and priced to sell. We pride ourselves with always being leaders in technology and marketing outlets to develop a marketing plan which provides nationwide exposure for their homes, and we work diligently to make sure they sell.
Outside of the real estate world, the three of them love watching their Ohio State Buckeye football team on Saturdays in the Fall. Joel & Sydney have an adorable Golden Retriever, Skipper, who is by their side all day long and will endlessly chase a frisbee. They are also frequent travelers & will never say “no” to jumping out of a perfectly good plane. Missy and her husband, Kelsey, also love traveling – they cannot wait to make it back to Italy one day! She is also a proud grandmother to two beautiful furry boys – Skipper and her other daughter, Paige’s, Bernese Mountain dog, Boden.
