Joel Mistretta

Joel is a native Floridian who has called Tampa Bay home since childhood. While business has taken him all across the Sunshine State, his love for this area is what drives his passion to help clients with their dream of owning a home. From the picturesque sunsets and pristine beaches to the excitement of competitive sports teams like the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Lightning and Rays, there are so many reasons to fall in love with Tampa and the surrounding counties. Joel has spent the last 4 years in the real estate industry and prior to that, 11 years in the mortgage business. Together, this combination of experience on both sides of the transaction is truly beneficial to his clients.
He loves the feeling of helping clients find their dream home. Although it may seem chaotic at times, he strives to make the process smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. Joel loves working with clients and never forgets the smiles on their faces when they receive the keys to their new home.
Joel graduated from St. Pete Junior College where he received his Associates Degree and went on to study Business Marketing at the University of South Florida. When he’s not busy helping clients, Joel loves the beach and a variety of outdoor activities including surfing, outrigger canoes, and fishing.
